About the role
We’re looking for a curious, driven, and detail-oriented Consultant Analyst to join our consulting team and support projects at the intersection of Web2 and Web3. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background who’s excited about building analytical products from scratch, exploring blockchain use cases, and helping clients navigate the transition to Web3. You’ll work closely with our consulting lead and senior analyst to build structured datasets, deliver actionable insights, and support both internal strategy and client-facing projects.
What you will do:
- Conduct market and competitive research: Analyze Web3 trends, token models, regulatory frameworks, and blockchain use cases across industries. Research international case studies and build internal benchmarks to support strategic decision-making.
- Structure insights and deliverables: Create client-ready presentations, research briefs, and executive reports with strong storytelling and data synthesis.
- Build strategic foundations for client work: Contribute to product development for consulting offerings, including hypothesis generation, roadmap design, and opportunity framing for Web2-to-Web3 transitions.
- Support consulting sessions and workshops: Participate in discovery calls, strategy sprints, and client workshops — providing structured inputs and supporting the consulting lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with marketing, business development, and tech streams to integrate findings, support go-to-market strategies, and align on client needs.
- Systematize and maintain internal knowledge base: Structure raw research, track market signals, and support knowledge management for scalable reuse across clients.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or research: Preferably from a top-tier consulting firm or relevant in-house role.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured approach: Comfortable working with ambiguous inputs and turning them into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Excellent slide writing and presentation skills: Able to communicate insights visually, with strong storytelling logic and minimal guidance.
- Data fluency and research rigor: Confident in working with open-source datasets, reports, and internal sources; able to validate and structure complex inputs.
- Professional fluency in English: Comfortable working with English-language sources, creating presentation materials, and participating in client meetings and internal discussions.
- Interest in Web3: Previous experience a plus, but not required — curiosity and willingness to learn fast are essential.
