Cointelegraph Accelerator is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day activities. This role is crucial in supporting our mission by maintaining efficient administrative functions, managing schedules, and coordinating team efforts to facilitate the success of our programs and startups.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions within the accelerator.
Manage scheduling, planning, and logistics for various activities, including workshops, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain alnd update databases and management systems (airtable), ensuring accurate tracking of startup progress, investor interactions, and resource allocation.
Coordinate communication within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned on key objectives and updates.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external use, facilitating clear and effective communication of the accelerator’s performance and needs.
Support the leadership team in strategic planning and resource management, contributing to the overall success of the accelerator’s objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a startup, tech, or venture capital environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using modern office software, database systems, and project management tools.
Knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
