We are seeking an experienced Analytics Product Manager to spearhead the development, launch, and ongoing success of our new analytics offering. In this role, you will shape the strategic vision, define the feature set, and drive execution for both the free, lightweight public platform and the advanced subscription-based product. You will work closely with external data providers, internal business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, marketing, editorial) to deliver a world-class analytics solution for crypto traders.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the overall product vision and roadmap for Cointelegraph’s crypto analytics platform.
- Define product objectives, success metrics, and key deliverables in alignment with company goals.
- Continuously refine strategy based on user feedback, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the crypto space.
- Go-to-Market Planning & Execution
- Develop and oversee go-to-market strategies for both the free and subscription-based offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and sales teams to position, brand, and promote the product effectively.
- Drive subscription growth, retention, and overall user engagement.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with the external top-tier data supplier to ensure high-quality, real-time data feeds and analytics.
- Work with engineering and UX teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Liaise with internal senior leadership to present product performance, financial forecasts, and strategic updates.
- Feature Definition & Product Design
- Translate user needs, business objectives, and competitive research into clear product features and functionalities.
- Identify and prioritize advanced market signals, insights, and trading tools for the subscription-based tier.
- Ensure the free public version provides a compelling experience that drives user acquisition and funnels upgrades.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Analysis
- Define KPIs and set up analytics dashboards to measure product performance (e.g., user adoption, subscription conversion).
- Continuously track and analyze user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Employ A/B testing methodologies to refine product features and user journeys.
- Team Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a cross-functional product team, fostering a collaborative, data-driven environment.
- Mentor and develop product managers and analysts on best practices in product development, user research, and agile processes.
- Promote a user-centric culture that values innovation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience as Product Manager/Director or equivalent within the crypto, trading, or financial analytics industry.
- Demonstrated success in bringing analytics or trading products to market, ideally in the cryptocurrency sector.
Domain Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and trading tools.
- Familiarity with data providers, market research, and trend analysis specific to the crypto space.
Technical Acumen:
- Proven track record working with technical teams, data science, and/or quantitative research teams.
- Comfortable leveraging agile methodologies and product management tools to drive product development efficiently.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset:
- Ability to analyze market trends, user data, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Leadership & Communication:
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of aligning and motivating cross-functional teams.

Education:
