Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving brand engagement. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about blockchain, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social media, email, content, paid ads, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support content creation efforts, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Engage with the community across social media platforms and forums.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, crypto, and fintech marketing.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
- Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 industries.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or blockchain-related projects is a plus.
- Fluent English level.
