Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and driving brand engagement. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about blockchain, digital marketing, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social media, email, content, paid ads, etc.).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support content creation efforts, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Engage with the community across social media platforms and forums.
Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, crypto, and fintech marketing.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 industries.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Previous experience in a marketing agency or blockchain-related projects is a plus.
Fluent English level.
