Key responsibilities:
Client relationship management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, cultivating strong and lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving business needs, address any concerns, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Advertorial, Marketing, Video, SMM and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
Industry expertise:
- Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
- Leverage your deep understanding of the industry landscape to educate clients on emerging opportunities and position Cointelegraph as a trusted adviser and thought leader.
Campaign management:
- Work closely with clients to develop tailored advertising and marketing campaigns that align with their objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide clients with regular reports and insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or account management.
- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including key players, market trends, and emerging technologies. ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
