Cointelegraph is seeking a talented Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a part of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for performing manual testing, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to continuously improve the product. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Test REST API and GraphQL interfaces.
- Write, update, and maintain test cases.
- Create and update test documentation to reflect the latest product changes.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
- Track, document, and follow up on issues using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
- Ensure the stability and functionality of both the frontend and backend systems.
What you need to know:
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of testing theory, principles, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with client-server architecture principles.
- SQL knowledge, with the ability to write basic queries.
- Experience working with Postman for API testing.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems, such as GitLab.
- Experience using bug-tracking systems like Jira.
What you will do:
- Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications (WEB/Mobile).
- Test REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Write and maintain test cases and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Create and maintain test documentation for the projects you are involved in.
