We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing) to manage and optimize paid campaigns across search engines, social media, and digital ad platforms. This role is a great opportunity to work with top-tier Web3 and fintech clients while developing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads end-to-end: setup, testing, optimization, and reporting.
- Create and manage paid campaigns on X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including audience segmentation and targeting.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, analytics) to deliver high-performing creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and best practices in Web3 and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
- Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Web3/crypto/fintech is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
