We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing) to manage and optimize paid campaigns across search engines, social media, and digital ad platforms. This role is a great opportunity to work with top-tier Web3 and fintech clients while developing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities:

Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads end-to-end: setup, testing, optimization, and reporting.
Create and manage paid campaigns on X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including audience segmentation and targeting.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA) and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, analytics) to deliver high-performing creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and best practices in Web3 and digital marketing.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Web3/crypto/fintech is a strong plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
