We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of software development projects for our core crypto media product. You will coordinate cross-functional teams—including developers, QA, DevOps engineers, designers, and content creators—to ensure smooth delivery, high quality, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management & Process Coordination
- Assign, describe, and prioritize development tasks
- Organize and run grooming sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met and remove blockers
- Monitor quality of completed tasks and team productivity
- Maintain and track the team roadmap
- Cross-Team Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product owners
- Coordinate dependencies and communications between different teams
- Keep product owners informed about progress, risks, and upcoming work
- Performance & Feedback
- Provide performance reviews and feedback for team members
- Collect and consolidate feedback from the team for management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and tools (Jira, GitLab, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and ensure team accountability
- Experience in cross-team coordination and working with distributed teams
- Availability Across Time Zones: remain reachable via messaging platforms (e.g., Slack, Telegram) during non-standard hours when urgent issues arise, recognizing the global and time-sensitive nature of the crypto industry.
