Cointelegraph is on the hunt for a sharp and curious Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts across Web3, media, and tech roles. You’ll be the first touchpoint in the hiring journey — researching, identifying, and engaging strong candidates who align with our mission.

Location: Remote from Anywhere
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing candidates at various levels (C-level, Heads, Seniors) at directions such as Buss. Dev, Marketing & PR, Product Owners, Developers, QA, Editorial team members
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Collaborate with the HR Director to ensure comprehensive market research across the Web3 industry
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications:
- Native English, or Professional Proficiency.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition (C-level, Heads, Seniors) at directions such as Buss. Dev, Marketing & PR, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Editorial team members
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates, and headhunting.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and recruiting team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software/tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
