Role summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong regional expertise in Latin America to drive revenue growth and client relationships in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker with solid sales experience, deep market understanding, and the ability to represent the brand at events and within the crypto and media ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle across LATAM markets
- Identify and close commercial deals with crypto projects, agencies, and regional businesses
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pipelines
- Collaborate with editorial, operations, and marketing teams to align on sales strategy
- Represent the brand at local industry events and pitch meetings
Must-have qualifications:
- Native Spanish or Portugueseand Fluent English (C1+)
- Based in Latin America with availability for local travel
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in crypto, media, or tech
- Strong understanding of Web3 / crypto industry and digital media sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver against targets
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish
- Existing network in the LATAM crypto or fintech ecosystem
- Experience with media packages, advertising sales, or content partnerships
