Role summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong regional expertise in Latin America to drive revenue growth and client relationships in Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker with solid sales experience, deep market understanding, and the ability to represent the brand at events and within the crypto and media ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

Own and manage the full sales cycle across LATAM markets
Identify and close commercial deals with crypto projects, agencies, and regional businesses
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and pipelines
Collaborate with editorial, operations, and marketing teams to align on sales strategy
Represent the brand at local industry events and pitch meetings

Must-have qualifications:

Native Spanish or Portugueseand Fluent English (C1+)
Based in Latin America with availability for local travel
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in crypto, media, or tech
Strong understanding of Web3 / crypto industry and digital media sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM management skills
Ability to work independently and deliver against targets

Nice-to-have:

Knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish
Existing network in the LATAM crypto or fintech ecosystem
Experience with media packages, advertising sales, or content partnerships
