Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented BPMN Consultant to support us in visualizing and structuring complex business processes using BPMN 2.0. This role involves translating verbal or written input into clear, logical BPMN diagrams — with a strong emphasis on real-world operational complexity ( manufacturing, logistics, IT service flows).
This is an hourly freelance position with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract process details from discussions or notes
- Design and deliver BPMN diagrams that clearly represent business logic and workflows
- Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for simplification
- Use BPMN modeling tools such as Camunda Modeler, Bizagi, Signavio, bpmn.io, etc.
- Suggest improvements to process flow where applicable
- Maintain documentation and versioning of models
Requirements
- Proven experience in BPMN 2.0 modeling (please provide portfolio or examples)
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Ability to handle loosely structured or incomplete inputs
- Experience with complex domains such as manufacturing, logistics, IT systems, or operations
- Proficiency in BPMN tools (Camunda, Bizagi, etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Background in business analysis, systems analysis, or process engineering
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Camunda, Zeebe, ProcessMaker)
