We’re looking for an Intern Account Manager, ideally a recent university graduate, to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relations, sales, and account management within the blockchain and fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong and lasting partnerships built on trust and mutual respect.
- Conduct regular check-ins to understand clients' evolving business needs, address concerns, and identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Advertorial, Marketing, SMM, Video, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
2. Industry Expertise
- Stay informed about trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to educate clients about emerging opportunities and position Cointelegraph as a trusted advisor.
3. Campaign Management
- Collaborate with clients to design and execute tailored advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or digital media.
- Strong understanding of advertising formats, placements, and audience targeting strategies.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including key players, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced environment with clients from different time zones.
- Experience working remotely and managing distributed teams is a plus.
