Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized KOL Manager to enhance our influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and coordinating with Key Opinion Leaders to support our clients' marketing objectives. You will work closely with the SMM Lead to ensure that influencer activities align with overall social media strategies.

Responsibilities:

Create a Strategy of KOL long-term cooperation.
Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key influencers and opinion leaders.
Proactively develop the KOL direction as a business stream — identify new opportunities, explore monetization models, and drive ROI from influencer activities.
Research and connect with relevant influencers in the Web3 space to establish collaborative relationships.
Plan and execute KOL activities, including support for events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of KOLs, segmented by region, topic, and other relevant criteria.
Monitor campaign results, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
Work closely with marketing, content managers, and other specialists to ensure cohesive strategies.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, preferably within the Web3 or related industries.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Understanding of the Web3 community and the nuances of influencer engagement in this space.
Analytical skills: Ability to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with international teams and projects in the Web3 sector.
Familiarity with tools for managing KOL campaigns and analytics.
Awareness of trends and dynamics within the crypto industry.
