Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized KOL Manager to enhance our influencer marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and coordinating with Key Opinion Leaders to support our clients' marketing objectives. You will work closely with the SMM Lead to ensure that influencer activities align with overall social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Create a Strategy of KOL long-term cooperation.
- KOLs relations.
- Identify and Engage KOLs: Research and connect with relevant influencers in the Web3 space to establish collaborative relationships.
- Coordinate Campaigns: Plan and execute KOL activities, including support for events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Manage KOL Database: Develop and maintain an up-to-date database of KOLs, segmented by region, topic, and other relevant criteria.
- Analyze Performance: Monitor campaign results, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the SMM Lead, content managers, and other specialists to ensure cohesive strategies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, preferably within the Web3 or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of the Web3 community and the nuances of influencer engagement in this space.
- Analytical skills: Ability to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Organizational skills: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
