As a Partnerships Manager at Cointelegraph, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with top companies in the Web3 market. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, your efforts will help position Cointelegraph as a leading player in the global Web3 community and facilitate the expansion into new business areas.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential partnership opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem
- Utilize various channels and methods to generate a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold outreach strategies, including emails, calls, and social media engagement.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of the company's offerings to generate interest and secure meetings.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and how they align with the company's solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients to keep them engaged and informed about product updates and company developments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of the company's products.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each client, demonstrating how the company's solutions can provide value.
- Track and report on outreach activities, client engagements, and the status of potential partnerships.
- Analyze the effectiveness of outreach and relationship-building strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize results.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space to effectively position the company's products and services.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of consulting or prior business experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of business strategies and market dynamics.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous business development experience in Web3, Crypto and/or blockchain
- Deep network within the Web3, Crypto, and/or blockchain communities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with C-suite level executives and other high-level stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling pitches and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, tools, and developments in the Web3 and Crypto space.
