Role Overview:
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Chief of Content to lead our text content division. You will be responsible for setting the content vision, building frameworks for content production across formats (website copy, thought leadership, landing pages, PR, socials), and ensuring that every word we publish is high quality, Web3 knowledge based and drives business and brand impact for our clients.
You’ll oversee a team of writers, freelancers, and editors, and work closely with strategy, growth, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the content strategy for Web3 clients across multiple channels.
- Own the editorial voice and quality across all content deliverables.
- Translate complex Web3 and tech narrative concepts into clear, engaging copy tailored to each client’s brand and audience.
- Supervise creation of messaging frameworks, value propositions, and storytelling architecture.
- Oversee all written client assets: websites, whitepapers, press releases, social content, brand books, and more.
- Manage and mentor writers, editors, and external contributors.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and growth leads to align content with KPIs and funnel stages.
- Maintain consistency, brand tone, and high-quality standards under tight timelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content leadership
- Fluent in English with native-level writing/editing skills.
- Proven ability to write and edit a range of formats: landing pages, PR, whitepapers, social posts, long-form, microcopy.
- Deep understanding of Web3 trends, terminology, and communities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn business goals into content action plans.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously

- Background in journalism, copywriting, or creative strategy.
- Experience in narrative creation.
- Understanding of SEO, growth funnels, and content marketing performance metrics.
- Previous work with PR/marketing teams, publications, or influencers in tech/Web3.
