Cointelegraph is on the hunt for a sharp and curious Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts across Web3, media, and tech roles. You’ll be the first touchpoint in the hiring journey — researching, identifying, and engaging strong candidates who align with our mission.

Location: Remote from Anywhere

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing candidates at various levels (C-level, Heads, Seniors) at directions such as Buss. Dev, Marketing & PR, Product Owners, Developers, QA, Editorial team members
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and candidates
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
Collaborate with the HR Director to ensure comprehensive market research across the Web3 industry
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Native English, or Professional Proficiency.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition (C-level, Heads, Seniors) at directions such as Buss. Dev, Marketing & PR, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Editorial team members
Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates, and headhunting.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and recruiting team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software/tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
