We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining a high-load, scalable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure for a DeFi project.
Your mission will be to leverage modern DevOps tools to build a truly reliable and рighly resilient infrastructure capable of handling any workload. Our goal is to automate and accelerate deployment processes, integrate blockchain nodes and related services, and ensure maximum fault tolerance. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement your own vision of the project's infrastructure with all necessary resources at your disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for blockchain services and microservices architecture.
● Deploy, upgrade, and scale blockchain nodes (Ethereum, EVM-compatible chains, and others) along with related services (e.g., indexers, RPC endpoints, validators, etc.).
● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to accelerate releases and minimize risks during updates.
● Ensure fault tolerance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
● Monitor performance, implement logging systems, and respond promptly to incidents.
● Optimize infrastructure for minimal latency, high throughput, and cost efficiency.
● Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to implement DevOps best practices and improve system reliability.
● Ensure security measures and compliance with regulatory requirements (if necessary) in the DeFi space.
Requirements:
● Extensive experience with Kubernetes (deployment, configuration, scaling, and lifecycle management).
● Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Argo CD, and GitOps approaches.
● Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
● Understanding of microservice architecture principles, network interaction in Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies.
● Experience integrating monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
● Understanding of DeFi project architecture and blockchain infrastructure specifics.
● Strong knowledge of infrastructure security, DDoS protection, and secrets/access management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, KMS).
