Responsibilities
- Product Strategy:
- Develop long-term product strategies that align with company goals.
- Identify opportunities to add value to the crypto ecosystem through innovative product solutions.
- User-Centric Design:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or new product development.
- Create detailed product specifications based on customer feedback and market research.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to deliver successful products.
- Communicate with users in the community to help them understand new products and gather feedback on existing products.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project timelines and resources.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote products in relevant marketing channels.
- Organize and attend conferences and domain-related events to connect with users and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, and Layer 2 solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a varied audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options, etc.
- Creativity and inventiveness in developing product solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude towards user and team needs.
