The Role

We seek a talented Content Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in our content marketing strategy for Swan Private. You will own the full stack from ideation to execution. You are a Bitcoiner who understands TradFi.

Your success will depend on:

Generating excellent content that aligns with the Swan Private brand
New leads generated
Incremental revenue

Swan Private is our concierge service for HNWI and businesses.

Your responsibilities

Develop engaging content - Create and optimize marketing content, including email copy, one-pagers, blog posts, case studies, and more to educate and engage our target audience of HNWI and businesses and support our sales and acquisition marketing teams.
Analyze markets - you have a pulse on the investing landscape, Bitcoin, and how to position Bitcoin to HWNI.
Write well, consistently - You will be writing, editing, and publishing every week.
Generate great leads - Run content marketing campaigns designed to generate leads in a scalable, quantifiable manner that leads to business growth for Swan Private.
Repurpose content - You will repurpose long-form research into multiple blog posts, email copy, social posts, write scripts for video production, etc
Boost Swan Research - We have a world-class research department with very little visibility. You will market the backlog of content while building the reputation of Swan Research.
Create visuals - Illustrate your point with charts, graphics, images, etc.
Measure and optimize You already know how to analyze content marketing metrics and how to improve them.
Stay up-to-date with strategies - Content marketing is always evolving, your job is to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and make sure we’re producing top-tier content.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

3-5+ years experience in content marketing.
Full stack content marketing: strategy, ideation, creation, lead generation, client acquisition, retention, etc.
Experience marketing to high-net-worth personas (finance, luxury brands, etc.)
Strong understanding of Bitcoin, financial solutions, and wealth management.
Fluent in financial terminology across a variety of sectors and topics — bonds, interest rates, debt vs. commodity money, Sharpe ratio, portfolio strategies, etc.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using and configuring analytics tools to gauge content success. Including but not limited to Google Analytics, conversion metrics, social metrics, etc.
Proficient with email communication software, bonus if you’ve used Marketo.
Proficient in market research and basic data analysis.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Results-driven mindset.
