Responsibilities

Product Strategy:
Develop long-term product strategies that align with company goals.
Identify opportunities to add value to the crypto ecosystem through innovative product solutions.
User-Centric Design:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement or new product development.
Create detailed product specifications based on customer feedback and market research.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to deliver successful products.
Communicate with users in the community to help them understand new products and gather feedback on existing products.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Project Management:
Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by managing project timelines and resources.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and implement strategies to promote products in relevant marketing channels.
Organize and attend conferences and domain-related events to connect with users and gather feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience in product management, preferably in the finance or fintech industry.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, and Layer 2 solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a varied audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience in designing or trading financial products such as stocks, funds, forex, futures, options, etc.
Creativity and inventiveness in developing product solutions.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude towards user and team needs.
