Role Overview:

The Narrative Strategist will play a central role in shaping how Web3 companies communicate their value, vision, and technology to the world. This position is responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and differentiated brand narratives that help clients define their market position, engage their target audience, and support go-to-market strategies. Working closely with creative, strategy, and client teams, the ideal candidate will bring a mix of editorial clarity, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of how to connect complex ideas with real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop brand messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and narrative strategies for clients across crypto, DeFi, and Web3 infrastructure.
Translate complex technical ideas into clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant storytelling that aligns with target audiences (investors, users, developers, communities).
Write and edit high-impact content: brand manifestos, landing pages, scripts, articles, whitepapers, product storytelling, and more.
Collaborate with SMM, KOL, design, and production teams to ensure narrative consistency across formats and platforms.
Contribute to the creation of content strategies for product launches, campaigns, and brand development.
Conduct interviews and research to extract deep insights from clients, founders, and technical teams.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a copywriter, brand strategist, narrative designer, or content lead.
Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
An understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and an ability to simplify complex ideas without losing nuance.
Experience working with early-stage or growth-stage technology companies.
Portfolio demonstrating narrative development, product messaging, and brand storytelling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, remote-first environment.
Analytical skills, data driven approach to oversee market trends and competitors for clients campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Web3, blockchain, or other frontier technologies.
Understanding of brand tone of voice frameworks and content hierarchy.
Familiarity with audience segmentation, founder-led branding, and ecosystem storytelling.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, strategists, and marketers.
