A start-up company in the field of Blockchain seeking a Country Account & Social Community Managers in Turkish / German.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Providing service to our local and international customers via mails, phone or messengers, including social community management.
- Understanding and investigating customers problem, collecting all the required information to resolve the customer issues.
- Follow up with customers to confirm that the issue was resolved.
- Follow up on SLA delivery.
- Experience in customer service and social marketing - an advantage.
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain - an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in managing critical customer situations, escalations and work under stressful environment.
- High level of attention to details to ensure that each customers needs are met.
- Ability to respond to customer correspondence in an appropriate manner.
Qualification or Abilities:
- Technical skills, Strong communication skills, Customer service orientation, Multitasking, Effective listening skills Documentation Skills, Teamwork, Organizational skills and ability to think out-of-the-box.
- Native language of German/ Turkish - must.
