Description

As our content support specialist, you will be part of the team responsible for listing new cryptocurrencies, integrating new exchanges, and processing all other information updates across the site. You will be at the forefront of what’s new and changing in crypto in this role, and will be expected to have strong problem-solving skills, patience and detail-orientation.

Requirements:

  • Deep working knowledge of technical and advanced cryptocurrency concepts, including swaps, protocols, dApps, exchange operations and more
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Passion for the world of cryptocurrency and related ecosystems

Recommended:

  • Proficiency with a support ticket system (ZenDesk, FreshDesk, etc.)
  • Experience in a technology company a plus
  • Knowledge of financial markets and data a plus
  • Experience with using cryptocurrency exchanges a plus
