We are a fast-growing startup looking to work with passionate, motivated professionals in improving our products and accelerating financial inclusion in Southeast Asia through blockchain technology.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be playing a key role in building the business relationships that underpin many of the services that we provide to our users. You will also be a driving force in establishing and maintaining merchant relationships that would be a great fit for Coins’ products.
You are a highly motivated self-starter, with an engaging personality who thrives in a team environment. You will have a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business opportunities, and a demonstrated track record of initiating and driving high-value partnerships with important institutions across the region
Identify key growth opportunities, forge and develop relationships to enable continued rapid growth of Coins
Drive revenue generation and growth for Coins through prospecting, qualifying and closing new business relationships.
Work cross functionally with other teams such as product and marketing to share insights, learnings and perspectives
Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings.
Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests, and explain the Coins value proposition.
- Track and understand key business partner metrics and their drivers
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record of effectively negotiating business agreements and developing business relationships that impact company performance
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills. Pays attention to both details and macro-level outcomes
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Startup experience is a plus.
You’re able to hustle and have great attention to detail, time management, and people engagement. You’re able to rally people around projects and make decisions without significant supervision.
You have an ability to connect. You are effective in new environments in part because you can network and connect with different types of people. You have the gravitas and charisma to serve as the face of our business, and you are able to turn others into fans and advocates of Coins.ph.
Data driven, can-do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions
Demonstrable experience using insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
Strong knowledge of Coins suite of products and how they can be tailored to meet customer’s needs
You’re able to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the task at hand done
