We're looking for a content manager eager to join a small but nimble team with audacious goals. We appreciate self-starters who have experience in supporting communications and marketing programs. You'll help shape, organize and execute editorial strategy but should also have no problem getting your hands dirty. As Kik scales its marketing team and focuses efforts around the Kin cryptocurrency and larger Kin Ecosystem, you will be a key member of a small, high-impact team.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as managing editor for all Kin properties

  • Own and manage the Kin Foundation blog

  • Coordinate and work with various writers throughout both Kik and Kin to ensure blog posts are on track

  • Write bylines on behalf of employees and manage the process for editing and approval

  • Copyedit various documents, ranging from blog posts to privacy policies

  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments located in New York, Tel Aviv, Toronto and Waterloo

  • Support campaigns with other teams, including community management, marketing and social media

  • Manage and update an internal style guide

Experience We Like:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience working with B2B companies – cryptocurrency companies are a plus!

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience building and running content programs autonomously

  • Experience managing different writers

  • Experience working closely with developers  

  • Easy going and sense of humor are a plus
