The growth of modern personal finance through blockchain technology is accelerating. Over the next 5 years bitcoin and cryptocurrency will become understood by the masses, and widely used in all areas of life (from young consumers, activists, conservative parents, travellers, high net-worth individuals, investors, etc) for money transfer, savings and investment, shopping, and more.
As a Social Media and Community Manager, your core objective is to build online communities for our customers through high quality content and real time engagement to help make customers so happy that they eagerly recommend our brands/services with their personal network. As part friend, part consultant – you nurture the communities from being curious to becoming loyal members and ambassadors. This might include blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts and responding to followers. You will be based in our office in Paris an you will report to our Marketing Director.
What you will be doing
Create and implement content editorial calendar (in line with the global and local marketing strategy) to manage content and plan specific timely marketing campaigns.
, Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
, Visit the social profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, etc) every day to be part of the real-time social conversation about Blockchain, ICO …
, Monitor for references about TBG and our customers on popular discussion forums, online groups and online reviews to help protect brand reputation and build positive brand engagement
, Find new opportunities online through social channels (forums, chat groups, micro-blogging sites, video sharing sites, etc) to engage with investors, ambassadors, etc
, Feedback to the content team about questions or hot topics on social media to help us build more engaging content pieces (infographics, blogs, reports, webinars, etc)
, Encourage user-generated content creation and sharing
, Analyze key metrics and performance of content & campaigns
, Compile reports for management
, Diplomatic, tactful and poised about sensitive customer issues, complaints and frustrations
, Experience in social media/content marketing
, In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and tools including LinkedIn, Telegram and Twitter.
, Experience in copywriting
, Socially savvy with a friendly online personality to build strong, positive customer experience
, Proactive with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption and loyalty
, Excellent written and oral communication skills with an eye for attention to detail & design
, Analytically driven in order to produce reports using measurement/listening tools and continually finds ways to improve on metrics through new initiatives and tactics
, Excellent multi-tasker and time management skills – we have a few fairly busy platforms!
, Multilingual is a BIG bonus! Proficiency in Chinese is desirable.
