Role Description: We are searching for a Head of Marketing who is excited to drive a disruptive and fast growing international company. We are looking for a flexible candidate with an outstanding work ethic that possess the ability to communicate effectively with every stakeholder at different levels. You will help achieve our ambitious international growth targets by coming up with disruptive and effective strategies and efficiently executing them. You will be able to build your own team to achieve the goal. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for determining a marketing strategy that creates demand for bitFlyer’s services and lead the planning, development and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives. You will develop our PR activity to ensure our values and our offer is visible to all potential customers across the right channels. Responsibilties: You will be responsible for all our Marketing activities in Europe , Direct and execute our marketing strategy and drive bitFlyer brand equity , Work with regional leadership to ensure appropriate budget allocation to achieve defined objectives. Role Description: We are looking for an experienced data-focused performance marketer with hands on experience of the key digital acquisition channels such as Google Adwords, Paid social, mobile distribution networks, affiliates and display networks, who will accelerate our European expansion. You will be finding new ways to reach and acquire new users for our cryptocurrency exchange at the best possible CPA The ideal candidate has experience of managing large digital marketing budgets and in utilising these on a pure performance basis to reach desired CPA, CPI and new user KPIs. Creativity, attention to detail, numbers obsessive and data focused are key characteristics for this role. You will report directly to the bitFlyer Europe Head of Marketing. A familiarity and genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is desirable. Core responsibilities: Planning and hands on execution of user acquisition campaigns across main digital formats (display, native, search, social, mobile etc) , Measurement planning, performance analysis and overview reporting to senior management , Establish KPIs and benchmarks which you will utilise in continuous refinement and enhancement of campaign performance towards goals , Manage relationships with various marketing channels and key contacts to stay ahead of the competition , Test and suggest new marketing channels and opportunities for bitFlyer to explore. , Drive conversion rate efficiency through a robust A/B testing programme Desired Skills and Experience: , At least 5 years of operational experience in performance marketing for large consumer acquisition campaigns across all key digital channels , Hands on experience of managing, optimising and creating marketing campaigns , In depth knowledge of AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Native, display and Mobile channels , A strong self started and the ability to work well autonomously and continuously strive to optimise towards given KPIs , Experience with excel, reporting tools, Google Analytics and in analysing data, with a particular focus on funnels, CPA and LTV , Adwords certification or IAB/similar certificates for digital marketing a plus Languages: , Fluent in English (oral and written communication) , Other European languages are desirable

About the role We’re looking for an experienced technical Project Manager to coordinate the development of our global digital currencies exchanges. He/she will fill the critical role of being the link between bitFlyer’s business operations in Europe and engineering teams dedicated to EU business that are currently based in Japan to ensure our EU platform development meets the highest standards to our users and to regulators. This is a high-visibility role interfacing with stakeholders across EU, JP and occasionally US, so strong communications skills are essential as we solve complex business problems and overcome technical challenges under tight constraints. This is a full time role based in Tokyo, Japan with frequent travel to Europe since the role will support EU entity business needs. Candidate will report directly to COO of bitFlyer in Europe and CTO of bitFlyer in Japan. Visa and relocation expenses will be covered for the right candidate.
