Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Business Operations & Strategy to define, analyze, measure and optimize the process infrastructure of the company

• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to scale, automate and improve processes in all areas of the business, including sales and marketing, customer support and engagement, product development, operations, back office, etc.

• Develop and manage annual strategic planning and operational budgeting processes to ensure linked and aligned resource allocations and efficient execution

• Develop metrics, analytics and insights to help identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in an efficient manner across the operation

• Analyze cost, impact and ROI to support prioritization of operational and strategic initiatives across all key areas of the business

• Support the execution of cross-cutting, strategic initiatives and ensure effective delivery, change management and realization of expected results

• Support the development of departmental budgets and resource allocations to achieve company objectives

• Analyze and make recommendations regarding organization design, structure and staffing roadmap to maximize organizational performance and employee engagement

• Lead M&A integration activities and ensure achievement of objectives

• Substantially impact Kraken’s financial performance

Capabilities and Skills Required:

• Experience and proven track record in business process management consulting or operations roles in the financial services or technology industries

• Knowledge of financial markets and strong interest in cryptocurrency

• Specific experience in business process management, reengineering and/or workflow/process improvement

• Experience in international markets and working across geographies

• Strong strategic and independent thinking, and outstanding project management skills

• Ability to establish strong working relationships across all levels of management, and to work collaboratively and independently
