Chain is looking for a Support Analyst to join our Support Team.
Key Requirements
- Experience supporting end users in a friendly and polite manner
- Experience with all mainstream web browsers and common issues
- Experience with different versions of Windows, OS X, and Linux
- The ability to triage tickets
- Excellent note taking and record keeping
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and logical thinking
- Familiarity with JSON
- Familiarity with SDKs is a bonus
- Familiarity with Java, Ruby, and NodeJS is a bonus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- The ability to efficiently work in a team and autonomously
- Familiarity with one or more ticketing systems and how they work
- Advanced knowledge of blockchain and crypto concepts
