We’re looking for an Sourcer for our Executive talent to join our new team responsible for hiring the next generation of leaders at Binance.US. Our team partners with Binance’s executives as trusted advisors and subject matter experts on talent, hiring, and organizational strategies and provides market intelligence and data to guide decisions and fill the most important roles across the organization. As an Executive Talent Sourcer you will improve strategic research and pipeline generation with an emphasis on long-term relationship building. This role requires in-depth industry expertise in building and managing market intelligence, with experience driving passive strategy campaigns for both tech and non-tech roles.

What You’ll Do

    • Create and deploy unique research and engagement strategies to bring in new leaders – building active talent pipelines and a network of long term relationships for future needs
    • Be a thought leader around developing Binance’s talent market intelligence database and search projects
    • Participate and conduct in-take meetings translating role needs into actionable search strategies
    • Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
    • Commit to inclusive hiring in order to contribute to a culture guided by diverse backgrounds and ideas
    • Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement

What You’ll Need

    • 3-5+ years of executive sourcing and candidate development experience
    • Proven experience in identifying and engaging senior-level candidates
    • Experience partnering with team and clients, including senior management
    • Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
    • Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
    • Highly organized and efficient worker
    • Self-motivated and intellectually curious
