What You’ll Do

- Create and deploy unique research and engagement strategies to bring in new leaders – building active talent pipelines and a network of long term relationships for future needs
- Be a thought leader around developing Binance’s talent market intelligence database and search projects
- Participate and conduct in-take meetings translating role needs into actionable search strategies
- Support an exemplary candidate experience at every stage of the process
- Commit to inclusive hiring in order to contribute to a culture guided by diverse backgrounds and ideas
- Proactively recommend and drive process improvements that impact candidate identification and engagement
What You’ll Need
-
- 3-5+ years of executive sourcing and candidate development experience
- Proven experience in identifying and engaging senior-level candidates
- Experience partnering with team and clients, including senior management
- Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
- Highly organized and efficient worker
- Self-motivated and intellectually curious
