Job Description


UD is continuing to pioneer the web3 digital identity space. With 2 million registered domains ending in .crypto, .nft, .wallet and more, Unstoppable Domains is the world’s top provider of NFT domains and a gateway to global Web3 adoption.

The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of ales dynamics, a keen eye for detail, the ability to synthesize vast information while making it usable amongst a diverse sales audience, and will be well versed in managing executive-level stakeholders. This individual will work closely with the partner sales leadership team and other cross-functional leads to examine existing business practices while identifying new initiatives that would result in time-savings and increased sales effectiveness. Examples of the strategic initiatives that will be driven by this individual include developing business enablement resources, optimizing new hire sales readiness and effectiveness, creating ongoing development opportunities for sellers, and driving programs that ultimately enable partner teams to accelerate sales pipelines.

In this role, you will have an opportunity to combine a passion for problem solving consultatively, coaching and enthusiasm for technology to drive sales effectiveness and establish positive customer relationships with new and tenured sellers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading programs that accelerate growth and strengthen selling capabilities, optimize and accelerate new hire sales readiness, and accelerate growth through partner engagements. You will also partner cross functionally with stakeholders including business operations, marketing, lead development teams, and counterparts in international markets to discover and meet the objectives of the organization. This individual must have 7+ years of a combination of relevant experience serving sales and business development organizations, program/project management experience, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional presentation skills. Experience within organizations supporting the public sector and channel sales experience is highly preferred.

You Will:

  • Develop and implement customized strategies to drive sales productivity based on leadership input in order to address partner sales team productivity opportunities and challenges.
  • Perform detailed needs assessments in collaboration with various stakeholders within the partner organization. Translate business needs into clear project requirements that inform scalable and repeatable initiatives.
  • Leverage existing and develop new programs to provide tailored productivity and capability development for the partner sales organization.
  • Respond rapidly to evolving needs of the Unstoppable business by providing productivity enhancing programs, processes and content to address unanticipated opportunities to inform and mobilize account teams
  • Develop and provide supplemental role-specific onboarding programs designed for new hires entering specialized partner sales roles.
  • Build and delivers sales assets and training to enable BD and account teams to identify and support opportunities with priority partners
  • Establish, maintain and drive consortium of global partner sales team stakeholders and commercial sales counterparts as a mechanism for compliance, guidance and resource prioritization for partner role objectives and KPIs.
  • Drive adoption of mechanisms that simplify how sellers introduce sales acceleration programs into the sales cycle and drive pipelines.
  • Create seller development opportunities using a variety of engagement techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based and virtual learning to create an engaging learner experience.
  • For each initiative, develop an implementation plan and communicate strategy to leadership and stakeholders; fully own end-to-end progress against targeted objectives.
  • Identify project roadblocks, research and present root-cause analysis, and manage resolution.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility of programs.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement investments through dashboards and recurring reporting mechanisms.
  • Maintain scheduled deadlines, detailed training and initiative status reports, and introduce processes to optimize management of projects across the partner organization.
  • Collaborate with corporate training teams to educate account teams and introduce new programs.
  • Drive strategy and communication approach regarding required enablement activities to leadership
  • Support ad hoc special projects as needed


Must have

  • 8+ years of experience in a sales or sales support/enablement role
  • 4+ years program management skills to develop and execute large-scale projects with minimal supervision
  • 3+ years of experience delivering to diverse audiences; strong presentation skills
  • 2+ years experience in building sales playbooks and ebooks
  • BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience
