Job Description
Job responsibilities:
Promote the company’s implementation of telecommuting strategies, be responsible for designing technical solutions for remote work, and help the team improve the efficiency of remote collaboration.
Fully investigate various OA software and tools, select the most suitable office software and usage, and formulate best practices for remote offices
Compile various training materials and promote best practices
Carry out cross-departmental communication and collaboration to solve remote work difficulties encountered by employees and improve the company’s ability to carry out remote management
Qualifications
An information technology related major, more than 3 years of IT team management experience
Familiarity with basic network protocol and network security knowledge
Familiarity with various OA software, passion for researching new technology
Excellent written expression skills
Innovative thinking, curiosity, ability to face challenging tasks
Management experience in remote collaboration is preferred
