As an Operations Analyst, you will focus on supporting diverse projects in the operations wheelhouse as well as strategic initiatives throughout the organization. You’ll play a crucial role in designing and executing scalable internal processes to support our rapid growth and expansion of market offerings. You will work to enhance the company’s ability to execute on projects leading to policy and strategy change.

Responsibilities

• • • Actively support an expansive project portfolio and prioritization process for new and existing features
    • Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project deadlines by facilitating team discussion and collaboration
    • Effectively disseminate relevant project information throughout the organization
    • Build and maintain the comprehensive project and process documentation
    • Partner with data team and business to produce data dashboards and reporting
    • Manage various internal/external projects to improve our exchange product to improve user experience
    • Monitor user feedback and competitive landscape to improve our products and services
    • Coordinate product-focused improvements to drive business growth
    • Work with multi-function internal teams as well as external partners to resolve user issues

Requirements

• • • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of experience in user or product operations in consumer internet, payments or banking
    • Moderate understanding of financial markets, exchanges, and or cryptocurrency
    • Strong project management skills
    • Data-focused, be able to analyze data and pinpoint problems in order to provide solutions and results
    • User-focused and product-driven mindset
    • Fintech experience preferred
    • Fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)
