Trading Division Product Manager at YouHodler take a significant role in building the next-gen crypto trading terminal. You will work closely with developers, product designer and other teams such as finance and dealing to build a best-in-class crypto trading experience for our beloved clients. You’ll be leading the YouHodler initiative to make crypto trading simple and available to everyone in Europe and USA.

Job description and responsibilities

• Shaping the development roadmap, including prioritization of key features for upcoming releases;
• Define and analyze business metrics to guide product development and measure the results;
• Helping our business to develop a concept of the entirely new crypto trading product;
• Utilize your agile skills with task analytics and business requirements;
• Motivate and expand development team, share business vision with developers using their language;
• Collaborate with finance, dealing, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver new requested features on time;

Job qualifications and requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software product management (primarily forex/crypto/binary/CFD products, investment products, portfolio management, and other FinTech);
• Understanding of the trading software from the back office to the client’s UI;
• Great communication, organization and relationship skills;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas;
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and our mission;

Native or fluent English. Russian language will be a bonus.
