About the Team 

Product managers at Okcoin are the CEOs of their areas of focus. We develop customer-focused product strategies, manage cost/profitability and then deliver powerful product tactics that guide customers through simple transaction workflows. We are building an integrated and beautiful crypto-finance experience for mobile and web. Product managers collaborate across business units and align user research and design, brand and marketing, technical project management, engineering, testing, data, compliance and legal teams. We are a multi-cultural and decentralized team with a deep passion for bitcoin, crypto and Defi. We are objective oriented and everyone contributes to data analysis to drive business growth.

About the Opportunity

As the Product Manager on Growth tools, you will build customer engagement tooling like notification tools, create efficient processes including airdrop automation and referral process automation, and also integrate 3rd party solutions to enable all internal teams to drive company level priorities. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives focused on unlocking great user experiences based on data and insights. You’ll be responsible for onboarding internal users and unblock them for great business growth. You’ll drive decision making through quantitative results, business needs, research, and user insights. You’ll be joining our growing product team to help define the future of our company and product. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the overall products and area of growth tools
  • Drive business growth with tooling capabilities and following product strategies
  • Partner with marketing, BD and operations team to drive overall growth
  • Identify, evaluate and integrate 3rd party solutions
  • Work with cross-functional team to define and deliver product roadmap
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specification
  • Plan, organize, and deliver new products and features to the internal teams
  • Develop ROI projections and analysis to determine the business value, define release goals and prioritize features
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics and continuously improve them in order to make product insights and ongoing product iterations

What We Look For In You:

  • 3+ years of product management, TPM, or software engineering experience
  • Prior product experience with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Prior experience in internal tooling and platform products
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Sales
  • Ability to understand and assess engineering, design and schedule tradeoffs
  • Have an eye for good design and user experience
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Comfortable analyzing data and proficient with data querying techniques (e.g. SQL)
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges
  • Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations
  • BA/BS technical degree or equivalent

Nice to Haves:

  • You either are already or are eager to become an expert in the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape and will understand how speculators, traders, digital asset exchanges, blockchain money services businesses and financial institutions operate
  • Experience working in a disruptive technology, successfully launching products, ideally, within FinTech, eCommerce, SaaS, AdTech, or Digital Wallet business experience
  • A history (and preference) of being both strategic, analytical and execution-oriented
  • Familiarity with product management processes and tools
  • Experience working with teams across offices and timezones
  • Fluent in Mandarin
