We are seeking a self-starting, rigorous individual to join the Republic Crypto dream team that will work alongside the managing directors to conceive, plan, and execute research initiatives, whose end deliverables will consist of both theoretical papers, technical advisory/collaboration with existing ecosystem projects, and large-scale product initiatives.

Our ideal candidate:

  • A doctorate degree in applied mathematics, economics, statistics, or related field
  • Can read/write code
  • Published technical research in distributed technologies, economies, and/or organizations
  • Meaningfully long work experience in the ideation, operations, and execution of research initiatives
  • Can reliably communicate and deliver during U.S-based timezones
