Job Description

Chain is looking for a People Operations Manager to join our HR Team. You will work closely with other teams within Chain to recruit other high-quality candidates that stand out from the crowd.
Chain is an award-winning technology company that specializes in blockchain related services and software with production ready products in the market.

Key Requirements

  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Strong understanding of other industry standard departments within an organization
  • Experience being the initial point of HR contact for staff within an organization
  • Experience working with blockchain and crypto specific roles and teams
  • Experience onboarding new hires, providing HR advice, supporting general HR queries
  • Familiarity and experience with industry standard HR systems
  • Experience with maintaining and improving company benefit programs
The compensation package will include an industry competitive salary and bonuses linked to company performance. The benefits include unlimited PTO, parental leave, food catering, and health (varies by region). The position is a remote position.
