Job Description

Chain is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Operations Team.

Chain is an award-winning technology company that specializes in blockchain related services and software with production ready products in the market.
As Chain’s Operations Manager you will play a critical role with responsibility for managing and overseeing Chains operations as well as increasing efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • Experience managing company operations
  • Experience managing a large number of staff
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly with key stake holders
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience identifying and improving processes and cost efficiencies
  • Experience preparing and executing strategic planning
  • Excellent reporting abilities and experience with preparing and monitoring KPIs
  • Experience with risk mitigation and risk management
