Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Design organizational diagnostic tools and methods, implement diagnostic execution, and maintain the vitality and effectiveness of the organization in accordance with the company’s development strategy and business characteristics;
2.Responsible for the company’s talent planning and regularly organize talent reviews;
3. Plan and manage employee career development channels, and establish a qualification level system;
5. Provide professional research in the context of change, and explore the mode and support system of organizational change to promote innovation and organization;
6. Provide organizational development empowerment for business departments and people partners.
Job requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher, more than 5 years of Internet industry or manufacturing experience
Relevant experience in enterprise organization development or consulting company human resource project experience, first party experience is preferred;
3. Strong logical thinking, skilled at grasping the essence of a problem; strongly self-driven, serious, and responsible; willing to learn and try new ideas, able to adapt to rapid development and changes of the company’s work rhythm;
4. Familiarity with relevant theoretical methods such as organizational diagnosis and qualification, and relevant project implementation experience.
