You will have an amazing opportunity to be on the cutting edge of policy development in the cryptocurrency space, and will play an integral role in advancing the Binance.US policy strategy. You will work closely with government officials and regulators, as well as internal stakeholders and other support functions like Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams, to ensure global alignment of our messaging across all U.S. policy functions.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties)

• • Work on cutting-edge litigation matters
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to work up cases
  • Work with and supervise outside counsel;Help on various regulatory, compliance, product, and policy issues as they arise.
  • Work directly with internal legal resources to understand Binance.US product, regulatory, and litigation issues.

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• • Law degree and admission to practice law in any US state.
  • 4+ years experience in handling all phases of litigation (from complaint, through discovery, and to trial)
  • Skilled at interacting effectively with all levels of managementImpeccable interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working on novel issues in a fast paced environment, combined with a proclivity for proactive collaboration when problem solving.
  • A strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technology.
  • A combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered.
