Seeking an experienced KM Management Specialist to make important information easy to find for everyone else.  Create, manage, and define our internal source of true knowledge library. The aim is to turn processes and formal routines into habits – informal ones that avoid colleagues from having to provide daily reminders.
This role is both big picture and hands-on. The ideal candidate will have previous experience and proven ability to create knowledge documents, along with strong writing skills.  Interested candidates should have familiarity with crypto platforms, crypto terminology, and have a passion for process mapping.

Framework

    • Infrastructure building: Not only implementing and managing the tools, but most importantly creating and maintaining the associated processes and training.
    • Alignment:  Making sure the team has a single source of truth regarding who we are, what we do, where we are going, and how we operate.
    • Tactical:  Map all internal thought processes into a tangible format – playbooks, presentations, process maps.
    • Organized:  End product is structured and encourages people to read it.
    • Sharing:  Creating content that the team can easily find when looking for it.
    • Evolving:  Updating slide decks, presentations, and learning modules as time passes.

Responsibilities

      • Meet and work with teammates with different roles, personalities, and experience levels.  Be empathetic and curious to understand the needs of the team.
      • Manage prioritization and establish the criteria to identify stakeholders that will help rank priorities and set appropriate timeframes.
      • Divide and plan each project efficiently by creating a sense of structure and urgency.
      • Be firm when needing to push progress or get better quality from collaborators without demotivating them.
      • Communicate internal announcements to solicit feedback on content creation.
      • Be willing to roll up your sleeves and create the most efficient knowledge base for our team.

Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in a role within training, content creation, knowledge base management
      • 1+ years of experience drafting knowledge articles, leading projects, working cross-functionally with various stakeholders
      • Decisive leadership experience while managing complex projects and tight timelines
      • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and responsibility to meet demanding deadlines
      • Previous experience driving organizational objectives and maintaining effective communication
      • Ability to exercise critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Interest in working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
