Chain is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Support Team.
Key Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of various operating systems such as OS X and Windows
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office product suite
- Troubleshooting skills that are second to none
- Experience using browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and others
- The ability to adapt, learn, and troubleshoot new software
- Strong documentation skills for creating guides related to common issues
- Exceptional people skills for liaising with the users that you will support
- Experience supporting staff working remotely using tools such as TeamViewer
- Experience managing and supporting web applications such as Google Apps
- Experience installing, troubleshooting, and updating software
- Familiarity with various support ticketing systems
- Experience onboarding and offboarding new staff from an IT prospective
