- Provide leadership to the Total Rewards and Systems team
- Establish our philosophy and practices for total rewards including compensation benefits and perks. Operationalize and act as point person for all of these workstreams.
- Automate our processes and scale for growth.
- Set the overall direction and drive the continuous enhancement of operations & systems capabilities in which to reduce manual processes, and create simple, compliant processes
- Establish plans for expanded service offerings and support across multiple countries as our organization grows and matures.
- Perform regular business process reviews to make ongoing suggestions and create action plans. Partner with cross functional teams on future roadmaps and the implementation of solutions.
- Implement Workday for our global team, including manager/employee/HR self-service, with laser focus on the efficiency of all Workday business processes and functionality.
- Manage the implementation of new functionality and business process improvements including determining requirements gathering, testing, roll-out, change management, and end user training and adoption.
- Participate as a team member on due diligence and integration planning teams to ensure effective onboarding of employees joining through acquisition.
- Create and manage the total rewards function globally, ensuring that our team are fairly paid, understand our pay for performance philosophy, and receive appropriate and appreciated benefits and perquisites.
- Create a people analytics function ensuring requirements for data standards, data privacy requirements, and all controls are in place and followed.
- Responsible for oversight/governance of the HR technology portfolio including HRIS, Recruiting applications and other People team tools.
- Build a resilient and pragmatic team able to flex with shifting demand across the HR technology ecosystem
- Ensure proper checks and balances, segregation of duties and meet standard audit and security protocols
- Collaborate with the People Experience leaders to facilitate the change management process after implementation of major process or systems changes
- Manage the ongoing delivery of people processes and programs, setting objectives and timelines, tracking owners and achievements, and assessing progress and blockers.
- Lead the development and training of HR systems policies, processes, and procedures.
Your experience
-
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the US and internationally in global core People Operations functions, particularly Total Reward and HRIS systems.
- Background in Compensation/Total Rewards for a world class organization. Ideally, a background in equity compensation programs.
- Strong Workday experience required.
- Knowledge of and experience with applications that support HR: compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, mobility, immigration, learning management, payroll, time & attendance
- Demonstrable ability to lead and work with multi-functional teams across time zones, including a track record of successful program delivery
- Significant project/program management experience related to the implementation of new platforms.
- Experience managing complex, global HR projects and operationalizing HR policies and strategy.
- Robust experience supporting a multi-country employee base.
- Customer-obsessed and have a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder management and influence
- Continuous improvement mindset. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in work output and decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with technical & non-technical partners (at all levels)
