What You Will Be Doing:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and ease in understanding and navigating our platform
  • Understand customers’ concerns, mitigate issues proactively and answer queries by email
  • Relay customer feedback to the relevant departments

What We Look For:

  • 1+ year experience in online B2C interactions
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to prioritise customer feedback and multitask among various channels
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Curiosity and strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup
  • Willingness and readiness to work on shifts
  • Bonus points: understanding the blockchain space, terminology, trends & culture; experience in community management, Fintech/internet-related sectors or the blockchain space
