Brand Development and Expansion Responsibilities

- Drive the development, codification and implementation of the brand strategy, and the brand language and tone.
- Build out Brand Guidelines.
- Own the creativity, consistency and quality of Creative Team’s output and alignment to the company brand
Design Responsibilities
-
- Partner with the broader marketing team to build out creative assets that support external partnerships, advertising, and marketing campaigns/programs
- Design suite of marketing assets, including newsletters, logos, web banners, PowerPoints, one pagers, and more
- Build out database of images aligned to brand
Creative Team and Resource Management Responsibilities

- Review creative output to ensure creative work meets marketing and business objectives, and adheres to brand guidelines
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of global creative team
- Recommend appropriate vendors and creative resources, and manage those vendors as necessary.
- Cultivate an environment of collaboration across Marketing
Marketing Operations Responsibilities

- Develop and manage creative processes, work flows and tools that can scale as the organization grows and which utilize technology to improve efficiency and time to market
- Improve department workflow to streamline processes for faster turnarounds and higher quality output
- Budget management
Requirements
-
- Minimum 5-7 years of Creative Director Experience
- 10+ years design experience
- Experience managing, coaching and motivating a creative team, both in the U.S. and globally
- B2B and/or SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience in financial services/FinTech global brand and corporate marketing. Experience working in a startup is a plus. Knowledge of Crypto is a plus
- Must have proven experience delivering digital design ecosystems, visual narratives and campaigns across diverse formats, media and channels.
- Experience coaching and motivating reports through multiple ongoing projects,
- Able to meet deadlines and effectively manage priorities
- Understanding of copyright and compliance best practices
- Video production experience is a plus
Technical Skills

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
- Ability to work on both PC and Mac platforms
- Understanding of pre-production for various mediums and outputs
- Strong PowerPoint Expertise – template, layout and chart building
- Demonstrates initiative and innovation with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and color theory
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills in project management planning and execution
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining communication and attention to detail
- Experience with Digital Asset Management
- Demonstrated ability to create technical charts and graphs
- Data Visualization and Infographic Conceptualization and Execution
- Experience with coordinating video and photography shoots a plus
- Knowledge and skills remediating content for ADA compliance a plus
