Formulate supporting rank system, salary strategy, and incentive strategy in accordance with the company’s business objectives and development strategy;
Responsible for the establishment of remuneration systems, executive incentives, long-term incentives, options, equity, and other plans;
Responsible for the formulation, promotion, and training within the performance plan, promote the implementation of the performance plan, regularly analyze and improve performance differences;
Analyze the effectiveness and operation of salary and benefits and performance management policies, prepare reports, and update iteratively;
Industry salary surveys;
Team personnel management.
More than 8 years of work experience in salary performance, good at salary system construction, executive incentives, long-term incentives, options, and equity incentives;
Consulting company + internal work experience is preferred, Internet and financial industry experience is preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, result-oriented; excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Able to use English as the working language.
